My hope with this blog is to have a place where I can freely talk about life. What’s important to me. What frustrates me and makes me happy. I want to create a space where I can just be me and feel like I’m communicating with the world in an honest and truthful manner.
With that said. I am a stay home mom with two kids. I keep sane by learning as much as I can about real food and how the body works. I’m an NTP (nutritional therapy practitioner) and love helping people discover how real food can impact their lives and how important it is for overall health and happiness.
I’ve struggled with body image issues, imbalanced hormones, and crazy amounts of working out and just got sick of it all. I don’t have it all figured out and don’t think I ever will however, the life I live today is definitely more balanced and enjoyable than it use to be.
